• Financial & Payment Data: Bank account routing numbers and account details required to execute automated ACH rental collections and monthly owner direct disbursements. All payment credentials are encrypted using bank-grade tokenization and are never stored in plain text on our servers.
• Technical & Analytical Data: IP address, device type, browser specifications, operating system, referring URL, and browsing behaviors collected automatically through server logs and analytics cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

All tenant applicant background checks, credit evaluations, and eviction searches are performed through accredited consumer reporting agencies compliant with the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.). We do not share consumer reports with unauthorized third parties. If adverse action is taken based on a consumer report, written notice is provided to the applicant alongside statutory disclosure of their dispute rights.

We strictly protect your mobile phone number. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
